Follow these easy steps to conduct an employee satisfaction survey in your communications center. The fact that employee responses are anonymous may result in higher response rates and a more accurate picture of employee satisfaction within your center. You can preview the survey and view a sample report before making a decision to use it with employees.

Survey Setup and Status
The default for the data collection period is one month, but you can shorten it if you do not need the whole month. If all of your employees have responded within a week or two, or if you are satisfied with your response rate, stop the data collection. If circumstances require an extension, you can extend the data collection period up to two weeks.

The following will be included in your message:

An Employee Satisfaction Survey is available online. This tool will help us assess staffing and retention issues in our center. I have requested an "access key" for each employee in our center. The fact that the survey is online means you are assured of complete anonymity. The "key" will let you in to take the survey. Each key can be used only once and the "door" will lock behind you when you submit your survey. It is recommended that the survey be completed in one sitting. The data collection period is set for one month. I would like all employees to take the survey.
